Shipping Details

• As we are in the business of customized shirts, each shirt is produced to order!  
• To set the proper expectations, you can expect your shirt to arrive in 5-10 business days.  
• We ship regular postal mail and will send you a tracking number to track you order when it ships!
• Most orders arrive earlier than that timeframe, but it could take up to 10 business days.  
• Your shirt with YOUR gift is worth the wait!

Returns

If for any reason you received a damaged or incorrect product you may return it within 14 days after arrival for a full refund. Please note all shipping costs are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your goods have been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund of any kind. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, received damaged or incorrect,  and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).

To initiate the return process, please contact us via email within 14 days of product arrival via email at igiftsupport@angeladthomas.com and include a picture of the damaged or incorrect product.

 After initiating contact via email, please return items to:
